Directions and map to the office of Nutrition Therapy Associates:

We are located at 3221 NW 13th Street, Suite D-2. This is about 1/2 mile north of Walmart on NW 13th Street, on the east side of the road (on the right side going north), right across from Leonard's Furniture.

The easiest way to access the parking lot is to go east (a right if you are heading north) on NW 33rd Avenue and take an immediate right into the parking lot of Johnson Fletcher Insurance. We are just south of that building.

If you are coming from I-75, take the northernmost exit to Gainesville onto Hwy 222 (NW 39th Street) and head east until you get to NW 13th Street. Take a right (south) and we are on the left in approximately 1/2 mile.
