Why does that "after" photo at Weight Watchers look so good? Find out. Interesting how, even 3 years after losing weight, this woman is still so concerned about her looks and fatness/thinness. Still not free.

And what about this one: Surgeons Told To Cut Out Photo Con. Practitioners are cleverly manipulating "before and after" photographs to make their work appear far more effective than it is. Shows how it can be claimed the photos are not "touched up," but trickery exists, nonetheless.
