The program to heal your eating, weight and body image concerns!

Coming in 2005

Previously only available in Philadelphia and Gainesville, Stay Attuned will help you get back to the freedom with food and body that you were born with...

Stay Attuned

Would you LOVE to at least be at the weight you were when you started dieting? Do you realize that diets don’t work? And that people who lose weight by dieting usually gain it all back and more? Do you want to escape from having to constantly watch you food and your weight?

If you are looking for something different, look no more. Nourishing Connections™ was designed specifically to help you reconnect with the freedom you once had around food and weight.

It has been said that living starts when the diet ends. Our clients agree. Bookmark this sight and return to get the lastest of the  Stay Attuned Series. Meanwhile, the key components of Stay Attunedare listed below:

Attuned Eating. There was a time when you ate when you were hungry and quit eating when satisfied. You might have been young when that ability was lost, or maybe even 12 or 13. Those few that still do are at their natural, healthy weight. If you are not an attuned eater, there is a good chance you feel your weight is out of your control.  Dieters are not attuned eaters.

But you can re-learn to reconnect with and use those signals. Doing so will make your eating and weight much more manageable. You will be able to walk away from food when you have had enough. Not because you force yourself by telling yourself you "shouldn't eat that." But because you simply are done eating. You don't WANT anymore! Check back in June for the release of our e-book Attuned Eating™: The Ultimate Guide to Freedom from Food Fears and Overeating. And, in December, the long-awaited Demystify Food Cravings: Finding Meaning in Confusion.

Joyful Movement. All babies like to move, most children like to move. Many teenagers like to move, yet few adults find joy in movement any  more. What happened. There was a time when you moved for the sheer pleasure of it. For many adults, physical activity has become work. Worse, drudgery.

And if you are exercising to burn calories, it is drudgery. Okay, if you are in the honeymoon phase of a diet, then maybe it is fun while you imagine your weight dropping off. But when that honeymoon is over, the fun is gone too. When the weight is no longer dropping off, the fun is also gone.

Quit exercising and learn to move your body. Learn to have fun again, to enjoy moving.  Change the rules and heal the drudgery. And your improved health will be a perk. If you love to exercise, than, by all means, keep doing it. If not, check back here in October to download up the latest copy of You're Not Too Lazy: Overcome Exercise Resistance and Get Moving!
